Refund policy

Our products ship directly from our supplier's warehouse, so we handle problems differently from most stores: in most cases you won't need to send anything back.

Cancellations. You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of ordering, or any time before your order ships. Email knutsoninnovation@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items. If your item arrives damaged, doesn't work, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You don't need to return the item.

Lost or late orders. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, contact us and we'll reship it or refund you in full.

Change of mind. We don't accept returns for change of mind, so please check product details, including fit and compatibility notes, before ordering. This doesn't affect any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, they usually appear within 5-10 business days.
